Privacy policy

Plain language // October 2026

NudgeName is a client-side tool. This page explains in plain language what that means for your privacy.

What we collect

Nothing. The reminder name generator runs entirely in your web browser as JavaScript. There is no server receiving your clicks, no database recording your names, no analytics, no cookies and no tracking pixels. Close the tab and everything is gone.

What your browser does

Your browser may cache the site's files so pages load faster — standard behavior on your own device, not data collection by us. Randomness comes from crypto.getRandomValues(), a built-in browser API that contacts no server.

Third parties

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Fetching them sends Google a standard web request (IP address and browser type), governed by Google's privacy policy. No other third-party resources are loaded. We do not sell or share data because we collect none.
